Your questions
are yours.
1. What we collect
Depending on how Nyay is implemented, we may process account information, questions you submit, technical information, and usage data needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. The exact categories should be described in the production privacy notice and consent flows.
2. Legal questions can be sensitive
Please avoid submitting unnecessary personal identifiers, passwords, financial account credentials, or other information that is not needed for your question. If you can describe a situation without identifying a person, prefer that version.
3. How information is used
Information may be used to provide requested features, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, measure product performance, and improve the service, subject to the privacy controls and disclosures applicable to the production service.
4. Sharing
We do not treat your legal questions as public content. Where service providers are required to operate infrastructure or AI functionality, information may be processed by those providers under appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.
5. Retention and deletion
Retention periods should be limited to what is reasonably necessary for the stated purposes, legal obligations, security, and product functionality. Production users should have a clear way to request deletion where applicable.
6. Your choices
Depending on your jurisdiction and the service configuration, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or otherwise control certain personal information. Contact Nyay through its published support channel to make a request.
7. Important note for launch
This starter privacy page is product copy, not a substitute for legal review. Before public launch, align it with the actual data flows, vendors, analytics, authentication, retention periods, cookies, AI providers, and applicable Indian privacy requirements.
